1. About us and these terms

The Website is operated by Conversonal SAL (“Conversonal”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Lebanon.

Conversonal is an AI-native conversational marketing platform that helps businesses talk to their customers on WhatsApp and SMS, with campaigns, automated messaging, a shared inbox, analytics and AI tools. The Website is intended for business visitors. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful business purposes only. You must not:

• use it in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt or overload the Website;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from it by automated means;
• use it to send spam or to impersonate any person or business.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, including for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been breached.

3. Intellectual property

Conversonal and its licensors own everything on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the names Conversonal and Duochannel. Nothing here transfers any ownership or licence to you, except as stated below.

You may view the Website and print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation of our services. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution or use requires our prior written consent.

If you send us ideas or feedback about the Website or our services, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

4. Our services are governed by a separate agreement

Using the Conversonal platform is governed by a signed Software as a Service Agreement, not by these terms. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Information on the Website about our platform, features, channels and prices is general and for information only. It is not an offer, and no contract exists between us until both parties sign an agreement. Messaging channels such as WhatsApp are also subject to the terms and policies of their providers, including Meta.

5. Disclaimers, third-party links and liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date, and we disclaim all warranties to the extent the law allows.

The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversonal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

6. Privacy, governing law, changes and contact

• Privacy. We handle personal data collected through the Website as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will both first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mount Lebanon.
• Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on the Website. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
